Our Policy:

• 30-Day Return Policy Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exclusions: Opened boxes or partially used strips are strictly non-refundable.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • Process: All returns must be authorized by our support team via support@smiliofficial.com. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
